Mr. Zampiva graduated from the school of Arts and Crafts, where he learned how to make potter’s earth ductile and malleable. The world of Zampiva is a world of beautiful colours, humour, fun, beauty and fantasy. The Zampiva figurines consist of unique characteristics: each figurine is individually handcrafted, handpainted with particular care like this beautiful Little red riding hood, for each detail by Lino Zampiva and his team of artists. Process: Figurines are first sketched on paper, then created using a very soft kaolinite, followed by the drying process. After hand painting, figurines are then baked at a temperature of 950 degrees Celsius. Sculptures that are painted with gold or have a pearl finish, are baked at 750 degrees Celsius.
