Refund policy

Should a customer decide to return a purchased item(s) they can do so within 14 days. However the shipment back to us is going to have to be covered by the buyer. The purchased item(s) that a customer wishes to return, have to be packaged well, and show absolutely no signs of usage. Antony S.R.O. reserves the right to refuse the return of funds for the purchased item if the condition of the returned item is not the same as when it was delivered to the customer. In case the returned item(s) meets all the conditions described above, Antony S.R.O will return the full amount to the customer who wishes to return the purchased item(s) within 14 working days.
